Why I started Alturo Ride Co.

Alturo started with a simple idea, I’ve been on two wheels most my life.

I spent most of my life on a BMX, learning how to handle a bike, push myself, and keep going when things get rough. Last year I started mountain biking and I got hooked.

pretty quickly, I ran into same problem a lot of riders face, good gear costs a fortune, and the cheaper stuff never holds up.

I didn’t want to choose between quality and price.

So I started Alturo Ride Co.

The goal is simple build tough , affordable mountain bike gear that actually holds up.

No over priced logos, No BS. Just a solid product for the people who shred!

I’m still relatively new to mountain biking, but I’ve been a rider most my life, And that’s where this brand comes from.

I’m building Alturo from the ground up, with the same mind set I’ve had on two wheels for years, work hard keep learning and keep pushing forward.

That's why every eligible Alturo Ride Co. goggle and pair of eye wear is backed by our Lifetime Ride Guarantee.

If your Alturo gear breaks, gets damaged in a crash, or has a problem caused by a defect, send us a claim.

We'll review what happened and work to get you back out there.

WHAT'S COVERED

Our Lifetime Ride Guarantee is designed for real riders and covers eligible:

  • Manufacturing and workmanship defects

  • Broken frames

  • Crash and accidental riding damage

  • Strap failures

  • Foam separation

  • Lens retention or mounting failures

  • Other product failures that occur during normal intended use

  • Lost or stolen

HOW IT WORKS

Getting help is simple.

1. SEND US YOUR CLAIM

Tell us what happened and send us a few photos of your product.

2. WE REVIEW IT

Our team will review your claim and determine the best solution.

3. GET BACK TO RIDING

Depending on the issue, we'll repair, replace, or provide an eligible replacement option.

A service or replacement fee may apply depending on the type of claim and replacement required. Any applicable fee will be clearly communicated before your claim is processed.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

We believe in looking after our riders, but this program isn't designed to be abused.

The Lifetime Ride Guarantee does not cover:

  • Intentional damage

  • Fraudulent claims or abuse of the program

  • Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect product function

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Commercial, rental, or resale use

  • Products that have been intentionally destroyed
