WHY I STARTED ALTURO RIDE CO.

It started with a simple idea. I've been on two wheels my whole life.

I spent most of my life on a BMX, learning how to handle a bike, push myself, and keep going when things get rough. Last year I started into mountain biking and I got hooked.

Pretty quickly, I ran into the same problem a lot of riders face: good gear costs a fortune, and the cheaper stuff never holds up. So I started Alturo Ride Co.

The goal is simple: build tough, affordable mountain bike gear that actually holds up. Just a solid product for the people who shred.

I've been a rider my whole life, and that's where this brand comes from. I'm building Alturo from the ground up, with the same mindset I've had on two wheels for years: work hard, keep learning, and keep pushing forward.

OUR PROMISE

Your gear shouldn't sit on a shelf. It's going to see dirt, dust, rain, crashes, rough shuttle days, and everything else that comes with getting out and riding.

That's why every single Alturo Ride Co. goggle and pair of eyewear is backed by our Lifetime Ride Guarantee.

  • If your Alturo gear breaks, gets damaged in a crash, or has a problem caused by defect, send us a note. We’ll review what happened and work to get you back out there.

  • Our Lifetime Ride Guarantee is designed for real riders and covers eligible:

    • Manufacturing and workmanship defects

    • Broken sunglass frames

    • Crash and accidental riding damage

    • Strap failures

    • Foam breakdown

    • Lens retention or mounting failures

    • Other product failures that occur during normal use

    1. Send us your claim. Tell us what happened and send us a few photos of your product.

    2. We review it. Our team will review your claim and determine the best solution.

    3. Get back to riding. Depending on the issue, we'll repair, replace, or provide an eligible replacement option.

  • We believe in looking after our riders, but this program isn't designed to be abused. The Lifetime Ride Guarantee does not cover:

    • Intentional damage

    • Fraudulent claims or abuse of the program

    • Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect product function

    • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications

    • Commercial, rental, or resale use

    • Products that have been intentionally destroyed

We know gear gets used. Our goal isn't to look for reasons to deny your claim. If something happens to your Alturo gear, reach out. We'll look at the situation and do our best to make it right.
